Try the Koofte of Kabapche, pileski vodanechi (chicken gizards), drobcheta sus luk po selki. I agree the Rodpopi tates are the best i've tasted.

Banitsa and stewed potatoes with garlic are two more that should definitely be on the list.

Hilly - Mastika is also known as poison! It really is evil especially if mixed with Mentha , a concoction know as clouds.....
I've tried everything on the list and can honestly say that I have never in 12 years of visits, had any sort of food poisoning, alcohol poisoning perhaps Wink
