suggestions would be :- Goal posts and bat and stumps would fit in a ski bag or the blow up goals and ball set that we had would be ideal which deflates to nothing in its own bag, also frisbees for the kids and tennis balls. as BG airways were so helpful last time , try them this time? our flight had empty seats out and back? although footie and cricket are NOT gender specific there are reasons why they are male dominated so how about items for the girls? my girls are into hockey with ...

I am trying to get substantial goals to them as I don't think the inflatable ones wouldn't stand up to teenagers.
Kwik Criket is designed to get girls involved and can be played by a mixed age group too. I have tennis balls lined up, as they are cheaper and, as you say, can be used for other activities. The hard cricket balls are not suitable for the plastic Kwik cricket bats and may break more of the orphanage's windows

I like the idea of hockey and will ask my local club for ideas.
There is so much we could provide for the children but it will take time, especially if most of it has to be taken in dribs and drabs. Unfortunately, I have had no response to any of my letters to haulage companies for a container lorry, which is what we really need.
When I get frustrated, I come on here, usually works
