mickey,as you must know my wife, what we are saying is right. all we are trying to do is give info to the good tourist who go to bulgaria to ski and have a good time,without being ripped off.I dont blame the locals for having a lower price than the tourist as the wage in the mountains is a lot lower than what we get.myself, i dont mind paying a bit more as we always have a good time when we are in chepelare/pamps.

I'm guessing most people here don't have a pet waiter and a sanctimonious attitude - so they want to understand how it works so they can benefit legally from the cheap prices.
Remember you will have your ID for passes of more than one day and they are not transferrable. The ski patrol will of course never check.
Mikey, Consumer Rights your having a laugh, in most Eastern European countries tourist are getting ripped off. Consumer Rights are take it or leave, if I'm not happy with the price I walk away.
However, to gloat about getting someone sacked tut tut.
