Ai for beer stopped again today half hour complaining they reinstated beer only in the lobby bar, @ ddt they have relaxed the beer to allow it from 16.30 in both bars, wine the same still a rrstriction on spirits in the lobby bar until nine but ok after six thirty in the restaurant bar, rachel the crystal rep must have filled ten complaint forms in today, dont let me put you off I would return to the perelik asap whether it be ai or half board, absolutely cracking week except for the ai fiasco

Yes this is true an errata was sent out on the 05/01/2012 at around 10:30 am

We are currently trying to get the hotel to agree to honour the broachers but what they are currently offering is what our contract states.

With regards to the rep in this hotel, I have actually supervised her visits twice this week due to the issue stated above and she has done the best possible with the situation and I know for a fact that she has spent at least 3 hours with the customers effected trying to resolve this matter.

we got home this morning no letter at all will be in touch with the travel agent in the morning probably spent 400 levs over budget

:Got my letter today from Crystal it says that local beer and wine will be served with lunch between 12.00 - 14.00 and again in the evening between 18.30-22.00. local spirits will be served 18.30 - 22.00
Hot and cold drinks served between 12.00-16.00 and 18.30-21.00:

no local beer or wine available at the malina on the slopes,

evening drinks, beer wine spirit only served in the restaurant until 21.00, then high tail it to the lobby bar , i would suggest if the hotel is full get to the restaurant for 18.30 as no one moves until 21.00

just back. Not impressed I was one of the many complaining alongside Gary(alisongary). my wife booked as a surprise for my 30th and was told all inclusive 11am-11pm beer, wine and local spirits. arrived to no water with no explanation why. had no water for 2-3 days (as in running water) with no temporary means of washing or flushing and no communication why, it turned out to be out of the hotels control and my problem is purely with the level of communication or lack of it. Food in my opinion bog standard and not hot enough, on a couple of occasions could have been really nice but lacked temperature heat, this is how they have their food and not an issue with how the hotel heat their food. ski school and our groups instructor was absolutely fantastic and would recommend to anyone can not praise him enough. found the reps and reception staff at hotel to be an absolute waste of space and in my opinion should be unemployed as they are just a bunch of idiots (reps) hanging round with the young girl guests drinking and only interested in having fun and impressing them. the comment that the rep has spent 3 hours with us was bolloxs more like 3 mins just a shame they didn't wrap themselves around a tree at the top of the mountain where noone can hear them.
