must admit when i booked my trip i knew there was no alcohol drinks on the slopes in the malina restaurant (only soft ones) unless you were back at the hotel at lunch time when it is supposed to be available then and i have also read on a lot of sites that the food is only warm and not piping but i think that must be the way they eat their meals as long as it tastes good lol. anyone know what the food is like?? i am going with my 4 year old grandson, is the food ok for the kids?

@nick yeah got in the house at 02.30 back in work then 14.00, good laugh though, can you remember which day the rep left everyone standing there to book a skiddo ride, i think it was weds (cannot find my notes at present)

i agree with nick the food was lukewarm, it did not other me at the time as i am used to eating on the go, how have you got 632 posts nick

@gary franklin i had 3 teenagers they always found something to eat, i stand my ground with nick on the reps, if you book excursions and go out buying them drinks in the bars they are all over you if not they cannot be bothered in fact i would add that rachel the hotel rep and ashley the resort manager were down right rude and ignorant

@ lisa my iternary does not state that only soft drinks are available at the manila, just drinks

@ gary franklin, at least you know in advance that looks like the final list they put up in the lobby bar there were three over the week, no beer in hotel between four and six thirty, when most people get back, as previous said get to restuarant for six thirty sit at the table until nine, rush to the lobby bar and get a few in before ten, then go back through the restuarant past the bowling alley into daks bar, happy hour ten until eleven, if you like a drink that is currently writing my letter of complaint to crystal on page five already
