Yes hot chocolate is included as a hot drink, also tea coffee I found this bizarre as well nicks boys not sure of age (8/9) could go to the bar when it was AI andbe served beer. Btw nick how is dans ring

yes 8&9, although i might add they were not drinking the beer . yeah dans fine now, will be interesting to see if gary franklin has the same problems. as even the welcome sheet with times on it differed from the one in the bar and this was on the same day? oh well even with all the fuss still had a good holiday on the slopesre: Hotel perelik not all inclusive

there was 3 but when the 3rd was placed on the bar another complaining guest pointed out that it was the exact same as version 2 the barman shrugged and grinned as if to say 'don't ask me i also have lost the will to live're: Hotel perelik not all inclusive

Got a response back today. basically saying they can change whatever they like as it is in the small print. nice crystal vo ucher for 25poundoff our next crysral ski. dont think sore: Hotel perelik not all inclusive

Clearly the comex have underestimated the cost of All Inc hence the changing times and what's on or not.
Had that once on a holiday to Antigua. Caused huge distress no drinks of any kind and they apparently run out of beer they had never experienced anything like it in 20 years Hotel management.
Um letter sent to Virgin along with voice recordings of discussions with the reps and the hotel manager. Result never going with virgin again and got a cash payment not ...

I'd not book all inc full board or half board in Bulgaria. Just pay as you go try as many different places to eat and drink as you like.
Crystal offering £25 voucher that speaks volumes ABTA would be my next steps. They have to learn and frankly those reps deserve to lose their jobs as they are unable to carry out their jobs. Sack with severance.
