Just back from Bansko

Just got back from Bansko after a great weeks skiing, has anyone got any questions.

Myself and Raife Henkle (the posh chap) are now best mates. We shared numerous bottles of champers during the week.

We had a great week and there was plenty of snow, the only down side was that it was too hot, so it got a bit slushy in the afternoons.

It was very hot, when we left this morning at 5am it was well above freezing. This is a good amount of snow at the moment but if the temps stay high they might start having problems by the end of the week.

Glad you had a grand week and bonded with Mr Henkle, was the ski road in a reasonable state?

In the afternoon it was very slushy at the bottom, but still skiable.

Thanks, I shall be inspecting any damage you Mr Henkle did to the kempinski in a couple of weeks time

Please tell us how the helicopter flight went???....wasn't he suppose to pick you up from the hotel in a 16 seater and wip you up to the top?

Raife, whipped me into something but it wasn't a helicopter. I was at the gondola at 8.30 each morning and it whipped me up to the top.
Apart from a 30 minute queue on Monday and a 10 minute queue on the Tuesday we walked straight on each day.
As someone has already said the numbers are down on last year.
