Been watching this "saga"with interest as we go to Kempinski 8th-15thfrom Bristol.Today had the dreaded call from Inghams and we cannot go to the Kemp.on the night of the 8th !We too have been placed in the Emerald Aparthotel!£40p.p.comp.plus the diff.on brochure price for one night between hotel prices but they could not say how much! Really dissapointed but am reluctant to cancel all together!

Don't cancel, at least it's your first night and you will be moved to the luxury of the Kempinski for the main part of your holiday.

Not going to cancel! apparently there are 16 people with Inghams on that date having to do the same!I was told today by Inghams that double booking happened over New year by the Kempinski and had to be re-lowcate people to Austria !

OMG how p****d off would you be if that was your holiday? and New Year especially. We have not had any major problems in 4 years of winter holidays, keep expecting something to go wrong after all the nightmare things that happen to people who post on this site.
