On the mountain food prices

Hi

Can anyone provide examples of how much food is on the mountains at lunch-time?

Tomski the food at the top of the mountain in borovets is expensive and not the best, your instructor may try and get you to eat in the places just be firm and tell him you would rather come down from the mountain and eat in far superior bars and restaurants, at the end of the day its your holiday and your choice

In Pamporovo its pricey so I never bother. For lunch I go down to near the bottom of the mountain and take the 5 minute walk up to the Markony hotel above Snowshack / Interski. Beer and a big bowl of soup and garlic bread with cheese for about £4.
Lovely roaring fire too.

Hi Tomski. The food on the mountain is not the best quality and it is quite expensive if the snow conditions are not very good and you are having lessons it will be a good bet that you will go up in the morning and stay there until the end of the day. My advice is to Put a few of your favourite chocolate bars in your case and have them as a snack for lunch. Hi
We didn't think it was too bad in Pamps. The cheapest we found was a place right by the bottom lift. Lunch for 2 including drinks was around £8. Still better than UK prices
