The manner in which you ridiculed the Balkan Holidays Rep, led many of us to believe that you would be registering a complaint with the operator.

I wonder if Balkan knows you are spreading complaints about them, without giving them the right of reply? Or maybe you realise your complaints are pointless and groundless and you don't want to here or publish, what they mights say.

The sooner "The Management" realise the major problem on this site is one of their moderators the better. Changing the software but keeping him will achieve nothing.
