Your not balanced correctly, set it at your height with you hands by your side bring them up slowly to your head the table should invert. Then by lowering you hands to your feet upside down it should bring you back.

Had another go today and managed ok- though must admit after a few minutes the breathing (nose) and blood to the head makes you feel rather weird!
Must not have it right yet as it was still a struggle to get the bloody thing back horizontal! if nothing else im developing canny muscles in me arms! good for
I've had a bad back now for 14 years - its really painful in the mornings, but gets better as the day goes on. The only time I am completely pain free are the weeks I'm skiing - weird - must be something to do with the movement ! I hope it works for you to - have a great hol , Oh and as said above exercise (without forcing it) is the best healer

Backs still really sore- been off work over 6 Month!- But i will ski, all be it at a more gentle pace- no bombing down Yastrabets at 60KMPH!
Start a new job when i get back (one when i will not be fighting every day!) Ohh and work dont know im going skiing! (what about your back!!!)
Inversion board has bit the dust- have a relaxation/massage chair now as i type this!-wait to see if its any good!
