why do you think you need to be an expert to know alcohol has an affect on your senses....whether driving, skiing, talking, walking, touching your nose, opperating machinery...whatever!! i believe that is a fact!!

again, i am no expert in insurance or the field of human anatomy....but in 'my opinion' an insurance company will try to get out of paying up on a policy if it can, whatever the policy....and you know what?? im gonna put my head on the block and say that is also a fact!!
anyway moonhead, shouldnt you be obsessing over young netball players??
oh yeah....my daughter spent 8 weeks in hospital last winter because a pissed up skiier took her out while she was having lessons..the helmet she was wearing was cracked with the impact otherwise she probaby wouldnt be here today.. and guess what his insurance company said about his policy??
