The point people are trying to make bobj is that they will get on with their skiing life elsewhere, they are trying to give constructive comment on pamps

my point, life can be crap at times but many of us are happy to go along with the good times as long as they are good, when it gets bad you either drop out and move on or you weather the storm. I have no issue with constructive criticism but many on here seem to be destructive. I and others have said for many years that this time would come, hopefully what will happen is that they will realise where it's going wrong and remedy it as many other developing countries have done in the past. Hi Bobj,

The point I wanted to make with this topic is, WOULD YOU PRE-BOOK TO GO BACK TO PAMPS OR NOT.

Quite simple really, Yes or NO.

As I predicted at the start, over 80% of people would NOT.

That to me spells the beginning of the end for Pamporovo as a viable ski resort to hard working Brits that get one, maybe two weeks per year to ski.

The Sign Man - Well put. Hard earned cash and only a few weeks to spend it.

re: Would you pre-book Pamps again?

Booked to go to Pamporovo tomorrow a couple of weeks ago but due to the various posts decided to tranfers to Bansko. This shall be our first visit to Bulgaria and we are still nervous with regards to the rip comments, porr piste prep etc. On hind sight I wished we booked to go back to France but we are going now and shall make the best of it.

In reply to the question we would we prebook again, it would be a no.

Angela, you will have a great time in Bansko, we went past 2 years, loved it and really missed Bansko last week when we opted for Italy on a last min deal, great snow but not the friendly, jolly atmosphere of Bansko, wish we were going Very Happy

re: Would you pre-book Pamps again?

Thanks for the feedback Snik. I am glad that we transferred over to Bansko as it would appear that the majority of the runs are open in comparison to Pamporovo.
