the alpina is dead opposite the hotel breza and next to the hrima restaurant plenty cheap beer

Happy hour the price for 0.5L is 1 leva, other times 1.8 leva (for Local beer).re: alpina bar

We tried to eat there twice, first time got a very frosty reception with tables booked...! when we asked when were they booked for the answer was 7.30... it was 8pm 
werent ever offered to have a drink and wait as the bar area was covered with staff ??? possibly to serve the very late people that had reserved the biggest table out of the 4 or 5 in the place. so we walked...
We returned a couple of nights later to have a meal after a busy day, my little un had been having boarding ...

We had only tried to use their bar after people had commented about it on this board and we wanted to assist in keeping the prices keen in the resort..
So a big thumbs down for the Alpina Bar opp. the Flora
You do need to be more friendly and approachable...
Needless to say on later nigths we walked past but looked in.... Nearly Empty..... they may have cheep beer but the hospitality lacks the holiday spirit..

I agree Tiger, were there most nights, and it wasn't just because it was cheap(athough it did help). Aimee and Arie made us feel very welcome. There was a really good atmosephere in there and i couldn't say a bad word about them.re: alpina bar
The place just needs to be bigger it can get very smokey in there.
