Be careful when you choose Management - don't choose one that charges 500 euros per year that is too much. There are too many properties and they cannot guarantee the rental income.
Also, if they want to charge you for staying in your own apartment that's wrong.

yeah i did,goa twice,turkey once,spain god knows how many time(oops sorry i swore) i did my research but when developers lie and so do the agents what can you do............oh and i still dont have a massive mortgage compared to most.
