Booked five adults for feburary 2010 at a cost of £500pp, thats half board at the snezhanka hotel with ski gear, lift passes flights and transfers included good deal? or not? also, just wonderin what are the chances of planes flying to Plovdiv by then? because Sofia is quite a distance to travel.
booked for the 20th of febuary, and yes it is with balkan philipf, i see that you are from Belfast too, what sort of prices would you pay for that sort of deal i think £500pp is very competive for the whole package we are gettin.
chrystal ski.ie fly from dublin to plodiv
and panorama.ie. with good daytime flights sat 1pm our arrive back 20.30hrs sat night. were unfortunaltely balkan flight return leaves sofia 7am sat morning so u travel during the night from pamps to sofia leaving pamps 1am ish
Plovdiv Airport from what I've been told will be fully operational by then. Balkan Tours has obviously booked the landing slots in Sofia and are committed to these otherwise they would be able to change to Plovdiv. I would say that the 2011 flights that are chartered on behalf of Balkan Tours will use Plovdiv. The transfer from Sofia isn't too bad, it's mostly motorway from Sofia to Plovdiv and then the usual boneshaker from Plovdiv to Cheplare! It's a competitive price you have got. ...

I'm heading out on the 13th February for a week and then out again on 27th February for a week. Don't let the transfer bother you, just keep your fingers crossed for the white powder!
