amanda,dont feel bad, im afraid things like this happen all around the worls and we have no control of it. please do not blame your self, you werent to know that there was a lighter in the coat, how could you. dont blame you self, chin up and heres a big hug for you. (huuuuuugggggg) :

Amanda,My heart really does go out to you. I have blubbed all the way through reading this thread.
You are an inspiration to anyone who nows the things you do for the children there. And the way your life has always been about trying to help others is amazing. Please take care of yourself, I will be thinking of you.

TD, that is a wonderful verse - and seems so apt for us and everyone who is helping us to raise funds for the children. I hope you don't mind but I have put it on our website on the Donations Information page as our Mission Statement.Also, thanks for the sponsorship form - I have added this to our Useful Documents page for people to print off and get loadsa money sponsors

Just think of how much you have done in a short space of time, probably more these past few weeks than all the years you've known these kids, accidents happen, if the heating was working in the first place, there would have been no need to give the kids coats. It is not your fault the heating doesn't work.
Kids are little survivors, they are strong and will pull through this with our help. The life they have is all they've known since you helped them. At least you can sit back ...

Dear AmandaTomorrows another day! Things can only get better after what you've been through - one things for sure the world is a better place because of you. I know we all wish we could be closer and give you more active support. Doug is a champion too! I've got lots of boys trousers amongst over things, to bring over the week of the 23 Feb and most importantly to cheer you you some lovely Galaxy's. I'm sure you're in need of some choccy now.

I think this incident has all pulled us together to make us even more determined to reach our target - perhaps poor Slavcho had to suffer in order to bring help to the others. Poor soul seems to have been a victim all his life and let us hope that out of all this sadness and pain somehow we will all help to make a difference to his life. AmandaYao are an amazing women. Without people like you in the world it would be a very sad place.
Take some time out and recover. it is definitly not your fault and you must never think that.
We cannot immagine what that poor little boy has, or is going through But i know your help and kindness will mean such a lot to him amd many other children.
we are all thinking about you and the children in that awful place. look after yourself. xxx
