Pamporovo are hoping that they will be able to provide longer duration of the ski season, thanks to new artificial snow facilities that are now available on the slopes. Pamporovo AD have purchased and installed 116 new snow guns, The total number of snow facilities in Pamporovo now are an amazing 142 and they cover almost all tracks. The new six-seat lift, which has been installed last season. "Stenata" ski track now benefits from lights supplied again by Pamporovo AD now enabling skiers and snowboarders alike to have the opportunity for a night ride (between 6pm and 10pm and the lift pass costs 15 BGN). New cameras are installed to control the lift stations and a new system of entry for the skiers, which will avoid the queues. Equipped for this season are 4 new ski wardrobes, and a unique for the country rack-track, called "Arctic wolf". Mr Pamporovo Pete i see that you are also passionate about the resort. If there is the odd warm day all is not lost, there are plans of huge investment to pipe the hot mineral spring water to Pamps making it a summer/winter resort, for now if its warm there are caves to visit and just imagine sitting in an out door poor 44 degrees, nestled in the mountains, surrounded by snow, bar, restaurant, 3 pools, sauna, sipping a cocktail and it is only 25 mins away from Pamps.

Mayor Borrisov's long term partner Tsvetelina Borislavova owner of Pamporovo AD is heavily investing in one resort and it is Pamporovo 600,000,000 euro's into the area within the next four years so you have every reason to have faith. This February the Greek boarder is scheduled to open so more happening and further investment. Even the snow dog is expanding as are many other businesses in the resort.

Anyone not yet booked can bag a bargain 20 pounds per night including transfers and breakfast within walking distance of ski station, groups of 10 - 18 people. Hotels in the resort are also offering discounts.There is so much happening.
