As for BG and snow - it has always been known that it is less snow sure than the likes of the Alps and yes, that, historically is what people have 'paid through the nose for' (Alps) and BG was a good cheaper option albeit a gamble as to conditions. Prices have risen and people are taking the view that more snow sure resorts are on a par cost wise so there it's a no ...

You have to remember though that all people are different and some want non-stop, thigh and leg killing at whatever the cost (not me), some like a more leisurely hol be it France, BG or wherever, some like a particular country be it for the friends made in the past, the food, the scenery and so on.
I am all for free speech and all that but I just wish the people on here that so obviously cannot stand BG would just go away and shut up!!
As ever - as for anyone travelling anywhere on hols - be it snow or hot - let's hope we get whatever it is we wish for and have a lovely time!
