Naming and shaming is not the answer two wrongs don't make a right, but i do understand everyone's frustration as i was so angry, infact i had to telephone Carole, she is a wonderful lady and calmed me down, without Carole i would have crumbled. Carole and Andie do so much in the background for this cause it it unreal. Thank you all for your understanding and for being so kind with your generosity. If your not willing to post the name then why post on here? Are they off here? Surely that is giving out select information to keep people guessing.

Surely a post along the lines of -

Following an inappropriate visit by a group of people this week, just a reminder that the orphanage is not a visitors centre as these children need miniumum disruption to their lives. I got into throuble for this (although it was not my fault) and the last thing i want is for myself to lose contact with these needy individuals. Hope you all understand.

I can only hope the persons involved are thourghly ashamed of their actions, but I very much doubt it. They probably thought that as they had donated a couple of quid to your appeal that they had the right to see where their money was going.
On the other hand they could have been just a group of sick individuals that thought it would be a good laugh to see what an orphanage looked like.
A very sad story indeed, keep the good work up Amanda and don't let a*******s like them get you down.
I am very much of the opinion that if they are people on this forum you should name and shame them.

This makes me sick. How can total As-----S do this.
Do they think that it is funny, or let's all go on a bus to the orphanage and poke fun at the kid's just to see if it is as you say it is.
Action like this will not help....

I hope that I never see this poor sad sick person, as I just might be tempted to pull what small brain they have OUT of his/her nose.

Easy now guys this is not a witch hunt...

I too am totally amazed by the actions of the given people,but a which hunt is the wrong way to go about it...

I'm sure if the person is a regular poster on this site he or she will see the error of their ways and front up to the rest of the board...

They way we treat them after that happens will say alot for the people of the site,as it's a family site may i suggest we keep our frustrations to ourselves as it's like closing the door after the horse has bolted..

Also lets keep the pressure off Amanda for the name and shame,i'm sure she has enough to worry about without being put in a morale dilemmer...

I think the main point here is that people should not put Amanda in the embarrassing situation to have to say no to visitors and for no one to turn up at the orphanage unannounced. She takes a big risk anyway , not knowing who will be coming, as not all people are like Julie who was fantastic with the children and did such a lot of good, and a professional.
We just need to learn a lesson from this and as already said, naming and shaming will only put extra pressure on Amanda. I think these people were stupid and insensitive and were under the influence of and I don't think they really meant any harm.
