Keep us posted Amanda, hope the children are all keeping well, nice to hear regular updates on the website.

re: warning re orphanage

Amanda, absolutely terrible what happened in the orphanage, I look after orphanages in shiroko laka and would never go without asking director first, we have spent a lot of money in the past years but would never go with a crowd and definitely not wihtout leaving a large donation. Which orphanage did this happen in?

I would like to think that these people were not Irish as we all know the Paddies are a very generous race of people.

The man that organsed the visit promised to pledge monies for the very needed heating fund, he has niether made contact with me since this incident or helped towards the heaing fund. I await his return to the UK, when i will indeed be speaking with him. The little boy that was effected by this visit was new in to the institute.

I have learned an awful lot from this incident and i will be more vigalent in future. This really is not a witch hunt and there are two sides to every story, i would rather hear the other side, he may deeply regret his actions. Life is about learning and forgiving others, we all make misstakes some bigger than others but as long as we have the good grace to learn from them we will become better people as a result.

I am very focused on raising the much needed funds and an insident like this one has not detered me. I am sure that as the good people we are on this forum we will all focus on what is the biggest problem and that is raising monies for the heating fund.

this i have learned is a friendly forum, full of wonderful people with big hearts, i only wish i'd have found it sooner x you are wonderful, humerous, big hearted people and you have restored my faith in humanity, we are all in a win win situation on this forum, we use it free of charge, get free advice and information, weather reports ect, makes friends, laugh together, cry together and much more, lets not waiste time on people that don't diserve our time, lets focus on what really does matter Very Happy (i don't mean my poor spelling by the way) if people donated one pound for every post i write that has no spelling misstakes, we would still be waiting for the 1st pound. I vote for a spell checker on this forum. Thank you for reading my friends x
