LB is roughly 6% & Pirin Golf is not yet finished being built - but not intending on letting it out.

Interested to read your comments. We are overlooking Pirin golf course at the bottom end in MSI Development. We love our apartment, but are experiencing unforseen problems with the management company, so advise checking out how the management co are performing before you commit to anything. We had dinner in the Clubhouse (totally empty except for us!!??) and the food wasn't far short of first class.Stunning views and service. Price was ok considering the quality was soooooo much better than anywhere else we have eaten so far........ Would recommend anyone wanting to buy in or near Bansko to check out this, for year round rental opportunity. Good luck

Very odd that Bansko has never taken off. Perhaps it will one day, i keep reading so many good review however it seems to be very empty and from an investor perspective the rental income seems weakre: will house prices recover in bansko
Pirin Golf is certainly top notch. We too were the only 3 people in the Clubhouse eating but it was early Nov everywhere was quiet and most things were not finished at the Complex hence understandably empty.But it was possibly the best meal I have ever had really 1st class.
I cannot wait for the summer to spend a few weeks there golf swimming out doors, Tennis, horses nd a few books & bottle or 2 of good wine.

I wish I had somewhere to visit, at the moment I seem to have a share in a part built shell near the golf course. Anyone heard or seen how the mayors block is getting on, our apartment block is next to his. Being an optimist I keep hoping that he won't want an empty part build shell next to his block and gets ours moving.
Still being optimistic but wish our place was habitable. Sounds like the golf course is coming on a treat, its a year since we were out there and as ...
