Ian there is 4 of us though!!!! I suppose there will be always one of us swimming in the snow cannon reservoir!!!

Re Kas's earlier post on this thread, teaching now requires affiliation to the resort operators ski school, a pass at level 2 of the Bulgarian ski federation instructors qualification, if involved with a private school then that school must employ at least 7 instructors with said qualification, a current instructors pass (3000 lv in Boro, 4000Lv in Bansko, not interchangable). No classes in excess of 12 pupils etc etc etc......
Needless to say, its hard to compete with the operators...

Needless to say, its hard to compete with the operators...
The ski police can inspect any instructors credentials on demand, and if not satisfied can ban the individual from the slopes, without any option of appeal on the day, not great if you have a group Mad
We have already heard of one instant where this has happened, and it was down to a stamp not being placed on his pass, a mistake of Borosport Mad but still did not stop them ruining his day, his groups day, and his reputation... We have also heard of an instructors disagreement within Borosport, that ended with the guys going on strike, rumour maybe ?? but considering the facts completely plausible Wink
