Yes,
maintenance fees were backdated to your original completion date following act 16 I believe

Hi Cliff,
I'm out over Xmas, I haven't been asked yet for maint fees so will be interesting to see what they say. Hope the *new* road is finished . If your lad wants a beer and a ski over xmas, give me a yell.I'm hoping to spend a good few weeks over there myself next year too.

Anthony thanks for your email ,my son and his mate will be more than happy to meet up for a beer,i have advised him that the more people he meets the better,especially if he meets other owners from Crystal ,he is not 20 until Jan so would be reasuring for him to have as many Brit contacts as possible as i am sure it would be for any one of us out there,

I also own an apartment at Crystal and am part of the email group so the more owners the merrier! Any photos would be good and any updates especially on the progress of the road would be good. Have a good trip!

I rec an email from Tsveta re 3 mths rental and they need more owners to sign up to it!
