most developments hit by long delays
I've also purchased in this development. Have been advised by the solicitors (bulgarian) that building should be completed by November.

Management company to look after things, pick up's from the airport?
I should be out there around the end of November to get a cooker fitted ect.
Regnum are now furnishing the apartment to make up for the delay.....

I also have purchased a studio at crystal. So you got your place furnished for free? To be honest i havnt been impressed with Regnum.Have you got any other deals from them? The exchange rate has screwed me up abit on the price, any ideas?
Hi, I have also bought in Crystal and am in touch with a few other owners who all have concerns over our apartments. I paid the first payment in 2006 and have been a victim of the delays and the poor exchange rate. We are told act 16 is now granted so final payments are due for us, but I know some people will have invested later and have different terms. I am looking for some honest information on the development.
Has it all worked out as planned? Is the infrastructure there and the apartments ready to rent? What kind of return are you getting from the management agent?
