Cliff,
Always a difficult one to price but my friend and I both own one beds. I suggest £200 per appt plus the cost of a clean (if regnum wont cover this in their 30%. I think this will be extra 15 euros approx)

Blair Thanks for your email,can you just clarify for me please,the aprtment will sleep 4 i am assuming there is a sofa that puss out inot a double bed,what is the regnum 30% .

Hi ALL,Dis everyone receive the email today from Regnum advising that the date for the meeting as been put back to December,Tsveta as slightly confused matters by putting the 10th and the 14th will need to see what she comes back with.

I take it that it's on Thursday the 10th at 1400 hrs. Good job I didn't book the flights and time off work!

I could possibly make 10th BUT only if the meeting was put back until after 1500. There's an easyjet flight from Manchester lands at Sofia at 1205 on the 10th. Say 2 1/2 for transfer (optimisticly), that means getting to Bansko not before 1500.
How's everyone else getting there?

Fatloafer,Thats pretty much the same for the gatwick flight,lands at 11.45,on the 10th i am sure if we have enough people request that the meeting be put back to 15.30 (to be on safe side )then Regnum will accomodate this .lets all put our views on here and then we can send an email off to Tsveta.

I have just come across this site and it seems very helpful. We are just about to close the sale on our 1bedroom apt in Crystal complex and I am jus wondering do ye have any idea wht the rental income is for the winter season as wewud like to get ours rented ASAP!
