re driving you point is - I can drive around the UK and find worse roads - sewer plants that stink - ignorant rude people did I mention the trains - the local transport - they are a developing country get it into your skull - they don’t have the Victorians to thank for rotting broken aging sewer system , utility companies that waste more water than you can imagine and push back on the consumer, just what is your utopian dream - sorry you want to pay £400 for a week live in 5 star + accommodation and be spoon fed - well mate the poverty is still outside the wall when you do go to these places, you had a good time - move on - your are entitled to you opinion as am I - only don’t place your opinion of a country based on 7 days in a developing resort

re the 100 K Audi wtf are you on (have you any idea of car cost) - they probably own bars clubs restraints why shouldn’t they drive them, do you bitch at people over here who drive better cars than you - there are people over here that cant afford cars or houses either (again something you didn’t think about before droning on)

Bulgaria is far from perfect, it a very cheap holiday, as I said in my first post what where you expecting for your money before you divert with if I hate this country so much why don’t I move - its happening in a couple of years ( these things take time )

Look, it is a free world and I can say what I think whenever I want and to who I want.

If you can't take the criticism don't respond, I have just come back from the place, had a great time because of the company I was with but I hated Bulgaria!!!

It stank of non stop fires, poverty, unhappy and moody people, lots of dogs, barking dogs, rip off taxi drivers, open sewers, unfinished projects which will never be completed, crud food, soviet anthem played during dinner!!!, pestering locals, dust, chain smokers, boulders everywhere, mega rich money huggers, rubbish everywhere, half completed pavements, pot holes, no decent roads....on and on and on.....

Come on don't sit on the fence - tell us what you really thought of it.

Fires - love the smell of a good fire.
Poverty - thought you said they wer'e all driving 100k cars?
Unhappy moody people - don't look in the mirror so often then.
Lots of dogs - yes and every one a little darling.
Rip off taxi drivers - walk - or do what most people do with an ounce of common sense and negotiate the price first. Try travelling 5 miles in a London taxi - then you'll know what rip off is.
Open sewers - never seen one of them in 22 visits. Must have been the outdoor hot tub.
Unfinished projects that will never be completed - now you really are crystal ball gazing.
Not sure what crud food is, but if you mean crude food, my chicken never swore at me once.
Soviet Anthem played every day at dinner - what planet are you on - you were in Bulgaria!
Pestering local - you really should stop doing that.
Dust - Oh how dreadful - did you use a cloth to clean it?
Chain smokers - must have been hard to light chains.
Bolders everywhere - what up a mountain - surely not!
Mega rich money huggers - ah that's better, the poor have gone now then have they?
Rubbish everywhere - yes, especially on here with you around!
Half completed pavements - maybe they haven't fininshed them yet!
Pot holes - good for those who like caving!
No decent roads - well I did Bansko to Pamporovo in 3 hours and the road was brilliant.

Sorry to butt into the conversation but I feel that disco1 is allowed to say what he thinks. Yes, you all may not agree but is there any need to get personal and bitchy about it. These people complaining about bitching etc should maybe take a look at their own posts and see that it is possibly a little hypocritical. I got my head bitten off for asking for advice on what to do about claiming some money back if there isn't any snow and as a first time skier, I thought that people would have shared their experiences but no, they made me feel that I was an idiot for booking so late in the season!
