I did on line booking with Inghams, late deal on a Saturday night, I rang on Monday mornung as I didn\'t have a confirmation email an didn't know if they would send tickets out or had to pick up, while I was phoning realised I had typed in wrong email address!! also I had my self as a Mr not Mrs expected to pay admin charge but they never charged me, and that was my mistake they never even mentioned charges

A. error on confirmation form under dispute as to who made it and get this ..B £45.00.. yes i will repeat £45.00 for a letter change and just to inform you as to what work is done for £45.00 .. upload booking form onto screen deleat k and replace with c. send e mail to me and guess what they dont even have to pay for the print out.. you dont understand.. oh and yes i have travelled with balkan before nearly ...

Avalanche ...I think you are forgetting one very important thing here ..
When you reside in Great Britain .. every single company including banks ... utility companies etc etc are allowed to rip us all off for as much as they want ...
Please try to remember that ....

maria .. i cannot say how complicated it is .. how ever even paying a person £10.00 an hour it would not take some one over 4 hours to do ... lets not forget that at the moment the banks are in court for excessive charges .. may be its time to challange the tour opperators in the same way .. i for one will be keeping a record for any future claims.....re: balkan holidays rip off
