hi f.v ...tried to contact mr masters . i should have known better ,could not get past first operator .. there customer services dept is usless but thanks for the contact... others beware when you have a problem with balkan you will struggle to be heard .

Write them a letter and end with the line - "if I don't resolve this issue I will write to Watchdog" it normally works.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure that the booking confirmation process is 100% automated (it's a legal requirement). I do agree that £45 is excessive, however again I think this is due to a lengthy renaming process - something to do with border control etc. The process is cheap because it's all automated, however when someone has to manually change names etc it normally costs. ...

i hope it works out .. as you may know my wife raised a lot of money for the heating and delivered a lot of needy items to the orphanage...
