My god steve c, how touchy you are, I wasnt insulting anything, just being honest. I had a lovely holiday and did say you get what you pay for. I dont expect the best food in a place like Borovets. I was just telling it like it is. Why do people have to attack, im glad I was told the truth about certain things before i went. You have a chip on your shoulder by the sound of it. ps. ive never ate in macdonalds in my life, what are you on about. christ some people just love to argue about ...

Hi Steve, have never been to Bansko, but boro 5 times. Have read your posts in the past and beleive them to be informative and fair, hey mate can't win them all. Perhaps global warming and a different culture is the ski resorts of bulgarias fault. Did 2nd-8th Jan this year in Boro, will be back there on 12th Feb and are also seriously considering 26th March for Hubbys birthday, its as well we don't all want the same thing from our holidays or we would all be in the same place at the same ...

The only financial tie I have with Bulg is the amount I have put into the BARS!!!!! Sorry I meant OVER the BARS!!!!

Well yes it is a discussion board Jason but just because you are at home on a day off surfing the net does not mean everyone is. Many people will post a comment then not come back to it for a few hours or maybe a day because they might just have a life. so before you start shouting your mouth off because people arenot responding quick enough for you just think a bit.

Well yes it is a discussion board Jason but just because you are at home on a day off surfing the net does not mean everyone is. Many people will post a comment then not come back to it for a few hours or maybe a day because they might just have a life. so before you start shouting your mouth off because people arenot responding quick enough for you just think a bit.
As for your report well the problem is no snow simple as that. This is not he norm in Bansko at this time of year. I was out last year at New years and skied from top to bottom. It's just bit of a freak situion this year. The tone of your post would suggest that little snow is the norm when it is not. In fact had you had loads Of snow I wager you would not have posted because your holiday would not have been ruined.
It's a shame about the snow but nothing we can do about it.
As for food well it's always poor in hotels but you can eat very well out in town not I grant you anything fancy but good hearty food.
