Hi so glad I found this forum!!!! I own an apartment in villa amata and have got same problems as all of you! I have been constantly sending e-mails to Desi and Jordan and no reply! After a lot of hassle I received 50% rental garantee in 2008 the other outstanding 50% should have been paid in Jan 2009,then end of March 2009 then Oct.2009 after which I was told by Desi they won't pay as I owed THEM nearly 200 Euros (Management fees for 2009 AND 2010 and utility bills plus tax etc ) ?????? I requested a breakdown of these bills and so far NOTHING!!! I also am wondering where these electric bills come from etc if my apartment has not been rented out ?? Also I have never received a penny from lettings though I know it has been let on various occassions. I stayed in my apartment last march and met with Plamen who supposedly manages the place , gave him a list of all the work that needed to be rectified (main problem my windowledges that have big gaps)checked inventary and found that was not complete etc etc. So far I am not sure if any of it has been done though was told by Jordan last year that they closed the place completley for months to update and complete and rectify poor workmanship! So far they have not even bothered to send me confirmation of work done!!! I don't trust Desi one bit , and believe that they and Orco are one and the same company or part of as how else can Desi keep monies on behalf of ORCO in the first place ESPECIALLY when I still have not signed a management agreement with ORCO to this
day ????? I have got a solicitor in Sofia but have found that he is not very pro active in this whole affair but really think (if we can )should apply pressure on to these companies as a collective!!! My suspicion is that the apartments are rented out privately but just can't proof it. Also I found out, from developers in Egypt ,that any potential bills within the year/years of the rental garantee are worked into this rental garantee and the owner should only have to pay the
maintainance/management fees ...BUT NO BILLS !!! Perhaps we should ALL meet in Evridika at the same time and go and visit ORCO together lol ??? Anyone up for a meet there let me know .... For now good luck to you all

We own an apartment with greenlife and orco on the black sea and we are very happy. Sozopol (paradise Dune)Desi has been very good. She has sent regular pictures of the construction and reply to all our messages. I hope all the problems have been sorted out now.
We are looking to rent an apartment in the skiing resort this february 2011 for half term or to do an exchange with our apartment at a time to suit you.On the sea coast
