Has anybody else paid in full in phase 1? I have paid the whole amount including solicitors fees and furniture pack and I feel like a right prat now! I spoke with the Sofia Office today and they are still adamant that the project will be completed (they would say that). I am very worried - do I start legal proceedings to try and get my money back? If someone stole 15K off me I would not sit and drink a cup of anything, I would find them and kick 10 tons of crap out of 'em. MATT - we are also in the same position as you. Have bought in phase 1 and paid up fully after receiving act15. Unable now to contact the lawyer supposedly representing us recommended by BD even though all his fees paid,obviosly alot of monies paid to BD and need some legal advice although we had paid for that and now unable to get it! i too have invested 35'000 and as im only in my early twenties i am working at 2 jobs 7 days a week to pay for this. i am really not sure what to do regarding the final payment - or if to try and get my cash back - if anyone wants to get in touch/ has any advice please email marisajshoes@hotmail.com -
