re: bulgarian dreams orchard

Hi Chris
My son has also bought into the Orchard and has only the last payment to make -now we find out that they seem
to have disappeared

Any help with forums etc would be appreciated - or the Watchdog route (I did send them an email myself last week)
Regards
Jackie

re: bulgarian dreams orchard

One forum is www.offplancollective.com
and other is "the orchard action group" (TOAG) which is situated in google groups.
Both are very informative but make for some scary reading. We have bought in Phase1 and the things i am now reading regarding the development and BD have left us shell shocked. Can anyone recommend any good legal representation please?

re: bulgarian dreams orchard

I have paid all my installments and it was only yesterday I decided to look and see if anyone else had any complaints. I had been trying to contact BD since Dec in the London office but to no avail, now I know why.

Does any one have any advice or update on what to do? I got an apartment in The Orchard, Phase 1 with all my savings and don't know what to do.
Thank you in advance

re: bulgarian dreams orchard

T, I'm sorry to hear that, but why did you think that everything should be OK and you'll have your dream apartment one day ready for you?
One advice, NEVER trust Bulgarians. NEVER.
You should probably forget for this temporary inconvenience and live your life. It's only an apartment, it's not all your life, isn't it?

re: bulgarian dreams orchard

Just to be clear. the people involved in this scam are not really Bulgarian. Bulgarian Dreams and all their associated development companies are primarily owned by Brits. Yes jenkins wife is a bulgarian but in reality it is one Brit ripping off alot of other Brits. Of course regardless of the nationality it is a disgrace
