hi ianwe are in similar positions we to bought from bd but in pamps.that build has to run out of money with jenkins and co now walking away.We were advised by our solicitor to make the final payment over a year ago now that was poor advice. we since found out that jenkins wife is a director at the solicitors funny that eh!!

HI,we are in the same boat. Can I ask who the solicitors were as we were recommended solicitors by BD and now are unable to contact them and we have paid there fees in full. Would be interesting to see if they are the same ones you mention above with Jenkins wife as director. How are you moving forward with your situation?re: bulgarian dreams orchard
hi, jo & ig, they are all directors on solicitors/ bd & the builders, you should never use people reccomended buy any agents, they always have a link, donot pay any more money, they are in breach of their contracts. ta Ianre: bulgarian dreams orchard

I have just arrived back from Bansko and to my surprise their was at lease 30 builders on site...WOw I hear you say...
As stated before I don't see any progress until the end of this year.
I have halted payments until I receive act 16 this is done with an annex which your solicitor can organise for you.
Have you joined the action group?
My solicitor is fantastic most of the things that is on this site I new about in the summer.
The annex cost £200.

Thanks v much for the information I am going to contact Caroline on the above email address and see if there is any chance in getting my initial deposit back. Phase 3 was due for completion 31st Dec 2008 and although stated in my contract there is a further 160 allowance for the devloper to complete ther likelyhood of them acheiving this I believe is slim.
Can you also forward me details of the action group.
I would be interested if you can keep me up to date as to how you ...

Hi all,Orchard Phase 1. Just got a letter off SmartPartners today. They said if I didin't pay my final instalment within 10 working days they would class this as a breach of contract and they would keep my apartment and all monies I have transferred so far!!
I think an annex as Pedro decsribes is my only option at this stage. Will be dropping his solicittor mail.
I'll keep fighting because I love Bansko - I'm also a member on offplancollective.

HELLO CHRISwould be much appreciated for any contact details for forums and watchdog advice, currently myself and my freind had invested into orchard 2 and same as many other seem to have hit a massive disapointment for this new year.
