Has anyone looked at the Bulgariandreams website?They have ceased trading. Not looking good.

hi jamesi have been in contact with r, jenkin today threw email, what a Joker, he was rude to me and said if i want my money back it has nothing to do with him(b.d) ineed to contact (his) solicitors and claim against the developers, we are phase 3, my wife has contacted pretending to be interested in buyiny 2 apartments in phase 3 today they emailed her back saying it wont be ready for atleast another 2years, anyone paying anymore money would be mad. So, probably the problem should be over and the dreams can be left alone in Bulgaria ... they were Bulgarian weren't they?

BD is still trading in Sofia and if you contact your solictor he will tell you to deal only with SmartPartners (Developer).
A Client has filed Bankrupacy againts SmartPartners to sell the land on 2 &3 so the these phases will not get built this is only pending with the courts.
SmartPartners are having problems raising funds to complete as the same as any other developer at this time , unfortunatly because of delays people are holding back funds which is understandable however this will ...

BD are only agents not developers (even if Robert Jenkins Wife has a share in the developers) they are the same as any other estate agent...And you know you cant trust estate agents even in Briton..

The mortgage on Phase 1 block A & B has been lifted so if you have not delayed payment you will recieve you Title Deeds soon.
Water... is waiting to be conected.
Electric...All wireing is in place waiting on a generater to be built (this can not be built in the snow).
Act 16 should be actioned by December 09 then you can sell your propety at a loss or as an investor wait untill these hard times fade away.

hi pedroifs buts and maybe's, in my opinion if they were going to get act 16 they would have it by now, you dont build and then ask for permission, if they dont build phase2&3 then there will be no facilities which we paid for, then u could sell for a big loss if u r lucky, dont think so, r jenkin was quick to take the money and quick to disappear, snake.
