As stated on another thread, a bottle of reasonable Bulgarian vodka or Brandy costs 2 lev, 1 euro or £1. Why then are tourists charged 6-8lev in the resort for a 35ml measure?
If the UK mark up in prices was used it would cost at most 0.5lev. Even with a x10 mark up in price a drink would only cost 1 lev.

Just to reiterate my point on piste preparation. There's up to 3 ft of snow on some runs at the moment but they are not being prepared. I saw someone on the black red run (not open) up to their waist in snow.
believe me a bottle of 'reasonable' Bg Brandy or Vodka is not 2leva!! --please give me the name of the store as I will be there big time! Meanwhile UK pubs regularly make a 'profit' of 400-600% on standard bottle prices for spirits when you compare pub prices per shot vs bottle price.
