Over-inflated prices! Come on a hot chocolate 6 lev X 4 = 24 lev £12.00 Rip off Charging to use the toilet even though you're drinking or eating there Rip off. Even the Alaska supermarket are at it last year large bottles of beer were flashed priced! but they still hicked the price Rip off Ice skating Rip off Beer prices Rip off Even at last years exchange rate it was still a Rip off the falling pound as added 20% ish to last years prices which is out off our control If you want us to return year after year get a grip NOW! before it's to late! I'm already looking at other East european countries Not all us Brits are rolling in money ya know! That's why we choose Bulagria.

money should be spent on snowmaking facilites,
pistes should be better maintaned,
taxi's are without doubt ripping us off,
and the general attitude of making a quick buck on us.
Pamporovo was once looked at as a good value ski resort mainly for people on a tight budget and kids in tow, i think it is loosing that image and can see it getting worse unless thing start to turn around, alot of us that use this forum know how much things really cost in Bg, i do expect to pay more for things in resorts but i think the gap is to big now to a piont where i feel they are laughing at us for paying thier expensive prices..
And thankyou for starting this topic hopefully it will reach the people who need to see it.

one reason Taxi prices are inflated is due to the cost that the hotels charge for sitting outside the fee the taxi drivers are charged is rediculous this reflects on the prices they have to charge customers, having taxi's outside the hotels is a service for the hotel guests therefor hotel owners come on and reduce the fee or have no fee at all. The change i would like to see is the same prices for all, i know that there are penalties for double pricing but obviously they are not enforced, also when out of the ski season grass was laid on the ski runs like in other resorts we would not need to rely on so much snow. Bulgaria needs to adapt to good service in Pamps i would not mind paying the price if the food was of good quality and the service was good but unfortunatly i rareley see this.

Galina i am in the tourist and information centre, i would be happy to have a comment book and this can be collected at the end of the season, I may need several large books lol, i would love to meet you please pop in some time.

Cleaner toilet facilities
regular cleaning of toilets
waitresses with no nail varnish
good manners by all hotel and restaurant staff
health and hygene checked in all food establishments
more regulated activities for summer and ski
activities regulated and insurance for public liability checked.
Holiday makers looking after their children not letting them run riot whilst they get drunk
If a holiday maker is drunk staff should stop serving them alcohol
safety cones in hotel showing floors are wet
soking and none smoking areas of restaurants
smoking and none smoking rooms in hotels
if there is something wrong with the food you should not be forced to pay for it
wow i need a fax roll not a forum but lets not forget the positives, yessssssssssss its still snowing they can't mess up the weather at least x
