Bottom line is

Yep i'd go back in a few years, if and when things improve.

But there a whole world of Ski resorts out there to see and in a lot of case only a few pennies more!

look if you were in a bar on a night out and had a couple of drinks with your mates admit it all though you find it offensive you would have still laughed at it but because it's on here people find it offensive. has everyone lost thier sense of humour it was a quote and nothing else. it's not right but it's been said..... think it's time to move on!!!

I had a brilliant time in Boro, whilst skiing and apres ski.
We made lots of friends that we will keep in touch with and some of those go to BG every year. I would like to go back with some of those people.
I don't see that as backward just because i want to see other countries that may well be better than BG. If i enjoy the company and the skiing, which the majority of the time i did. Then i don't see a reason not to go back.

very true pete, we have looked at further a field for next year, but we liked it, so will probably go next time and
look further for a few years time.

still backwards!!! The same point stands. You may change your opinion once you've been to other resorts and 'seen the light'

perhaps your rose tinted spectacle wearing friends would also like to try somewhere else?

I too have met some thoroughly decent folk on holidays that i keep in touch with. Four people we met in pamps last year came with us to borovets this year.

we have plans to meet up with some of the people we met in boro this year.

I don't need to go back to borovets every year to see them though, i can go and see them any time. Thats what friends do.

and for the record, they also though borovets was a bit lacking!
