Mojo- I disagree about not being able to post bad points.I went away thinking that i would be staying in a hovel of a hotel and that every bulgarian we spoke to would be arrogant and rude. This was because of bad points posted on here!
Luckily when we got there our hotel was fine, food ok and everyone we spoke to was polite enough to not moan about.
I do believe eveyone is entitled to their own opinion, whether that be good or bad.

can't agree more debbie. but as hard earned money paying tourists, that should be the least we expect.
As i said, much of Bulgaria's economy is built around tourism. you only have to speak to the locals to understand that. most of them can't get jobs doing anything else other than tourism. There are other country is the world where tourism is not the major source of income, yet you get treated like kings by the people in the industry.

DebbieYou must have got the good instructor from the " Samakov school " I was going up the button one day and there was an instructor from the Samakov school, who had a mixed group of brits with him.
He was telling one of the girls how to improve her skiing

Mojo no one told you that you weren't allowed to write bad reports.But people have the right to write good ones too, as I said in my previous post.
Lets face it, you'll never please all the people all the time!
I can't believe how much discussion I have generated with my original tongue in cheek comment.

And the guy would have been sacked or warned in the uk

very funny ha ha.anyone out there or going out there check out the little pizza place just down from samokov hotel on the main road, it's pizzas are awesome and your treated like royalty in there plus the waitress/owner HAS a sence of humour, cheap as well..

Pete - My instructor told me several times that i was leaning backwards but at no point did he mention anything as crude or sexist as that!So no i wouldn't say that was normal!!

No it's not normal ! and people should not have to put up with this in Boro or any where else. even if your Hol was cheap!And from the prices I heared some people pay Boro is not a cheap resort.
