Richard,I did respond,I have had no response to date ,I posted brief comments because the Banks are responsible for this situation we are in,and we need to accept that ,and move on and try to resolve our problem, My gut feeling is most people are not prepared to part with any more cash,so the lasted plan will fail.If it does go ahead Using one lawyer for all ,and an escrow account for the finance ,all should be quite secure Regards Paul

PaulI agree on your comments on using the lawyer. People may agree to spend some more money once they have had chance to see Nigel Hole's proposals in detail and have a chance to discuss it with him.
Let's see what his next proposal is.
Do you know how to contact any other owners? If the majority of people have Mariyi as their lawyer that may be a starting point.

PaulIt's my work email. My home one is the one on Zarka's list. It's a good idea to use her list to send out a mail to all interested parties. Zarka would be excluded!

We were also using Mariya as our lawyer, please keep us linked into any ideas to help bring about a solution.
I agree with Paul about the banks bringing most of this problem about, we also went out and saw the build on two occasions. There was a lot of other development occuring in the area, so I don't belive Brittania will be the only company suffering. I know that whatever happens we will not get our money back, so the best solution for us would be any property they could offer us ...

Bought a place from Brittania off plan Regency Court, supposed to completed March 2010, yet to start!Just been offered alternative place in same area of same or better standard proving we pay the remaining balance as per contract! Have been invited to view first.
I believe this is the case for those sat woodland Springs too, can anyone esle confirm this.
Brittannia have closed their UK office and operate soley out of Bulgaria.
