Hi all,

has anyone else had the "offer" for an alternative place? Whats everyones opinion? Is there anyone out there who bought a studio and is being asked to upgrade to a 1 bed. They're asking us to practically double our investment or potentially lose all money invested...talk about caught between a rock and a hard place !

Linda please give me a glimmer of hope-i invested my children\'s saving in a property with Britannia, but they never respond to any of my calls or emails-property was supposed to be built in Dec 2011...any ideas how i can take this forward??

plleasssse someone tell me something positive I am sooo depressed I used all my children's saving in this investment and britannia wont respond to any of my queries and havent done so in 2 years of trying...the property in Balchik was due to be ready dec 2011...please help...email me on amaistry789@yahoo.co.uk

i bought in this place too...from grace macgregor-who is apparently, and i do believe this,as dumbfounded as i am but she has tried to help...whats going on??
im thinking of collectively working on this as previously suggested but i do have an influencial radio presenter who im hoping could help investigate further...any views???
