Nice to hear that you have bought in Woodlands Springs
I am in the process of buying in Woodland Springs Phase 2, but at the moment they are on stop, due to euro and not selling any more apartments. Received another letter yet again from Britannia 08.06.09 only to say that no progress has been made, so they will update in a couple of weeks again.
Any update with yourself, "are you just hanging in there, like ourselves".

Does anyone have any up to date information on Woodland Springs?
The last corrispondance I recieved stated that they would be closing the office in Swansea and moving it to Bulgaria.
The e-mail address given in Bulgaira ends with @noproblemsltd.com which suggests it has nothing to do with Britannia.
I feel that we have all been ripped off and taken for a ride by Nigel Hole and Andy Moore and I feel that we now need to club together and get as much out of this as we can, ...

Have any of you signed the deeds to your apartment? thus at least getting something for your money?
It may only be a room in a bare shell however if you have put in ŁK's you should get something!! And when Britannia go bankrupt, which they will, at least they will not be able to take your part of the bare shell away from you.
Andy Moore & Nigel Hole have also arranged the business in such a way that if they go bankrupt with the Woodlands Springs development the recievers will be unable to touch any of there personal assets or any of the other Britannia builds, the only ones that lose are us!!
Even thought lots of us have paid lots of money I feel that at present most of us probably have nothing and Nigel & Andy do!!
I am currently in the middle of trying to take legal action against them, but as with requests for information on the build they will not answer letters and are difficult to track down!!
Does anyone know where Andy Moore or Nigel Hole live?

If you decide to take court action BEWARE you will need receipts from the builders not the agency...why you ask because i know of people who have lost thier cases in bulgarian courts due to no proof of payments. all payments should be payed to contractors this is bulgarian law.re: Woodlands Spring

I have been in contact with the e-mail we were given as our point of contact in Bulgaria.
In a nutshell it is a virtual office, all they are able to do is forward you the last piece of corrispondance that Britannia have issued them and nothing else.
The most up to date information they currently have is dated August,09.
This is just another way for Nigel Hole and Andy Moore to avoid our questions!!
