When the TV reporter called at Nigel Hole's home, he was not available. His partner, the ex rugby player would not be interviewed either. Their offices in Swansea are now empty.
Good luck.
We have bought an apartment in Block 2. We tried to pull out a while back as they changed the plans and removed the bridge joining the two blocks. Now I will be happy just to get an apartment, even if it is in the middle of a building site. We were told that they were going to attempt to complete block 1, and offered to move all from block 2 to block 1. But we have heard no more on this. Hi all
Just found thid forum, thanks to welshlady.
Also, when we went out to Bansko Jan 08 to ski, I thought then that the present infrastructure and ski runs could not cope with all the new builds. We did go to the build in June 07, and all appeared to be going to plan then, but that was before the crash.
Mariya is also our solicitor, the last contact we had from her was to offer our money back from them, as she did not believe the build was going to complete anytime soon.
Dear Mr.Fisher,
RECEIVED THIS FROM ZARKA A FEW DAYS AGO.
I had a meeting with Mr.Nigel Hole in Bansko just before Easter. I can assure you that Britannia has not gone bankrupt. It is solvent and the team is trying to find the best solution for the future of the development. You will be given details about Victoria Villas shortly.
Kind regards,
Zarka

...... Britannia actually have a strike off action against their company for not filing their accounts with Companies House, so not as solvent as Mr Hole would like us to think.
It means that Companies House will strike Britannia off the register for not conforming to producing their accounts. If they are struck off, Britannia will be 'disolved' and the rest will be history .... investors left with nothing to show for their money
So sorry to hear of all of your difficulties. I've got an apartment in Bansko and am lucky enough that it's been completed. Just to play devils ad for the mo. This is a company that you've invested in, it's not going to do them any good to have conversations like this going on in public. Why don't you try to get hold of other investors from Woodlands or St Davids, form an elected residents committee that can try to sort issues out bit by bit. I've noticed Zarka being mentioned, I've ...

I've noticed Zarka being mentioned, I've met her out there and she's very hard working but with the best will in the world I would have thought nobody can be all things to all men. In this current climate and with the added nightmare of this flood all of the investors need to stick together and try to work towards a possible positive solution not publically down this company. I don't have a hidden agenda, just a public servant working in the U.K with a Bansko apartment with a slightly different take on things although I appreciate I am not in a position such as yourselves.
