HI LINDATE, I HAVE BOUGHT IN BLOCK 1 ,OCT 2006,VISITED THE SITE SEPT 07 ,WHILE SIGNING TITLE DEED. NO PROGRESS EITHER DURING FURTHER VISIT IN FEB 08 WHILE SKING. HAVE YOU BOUGHT.re: Woodlands Spring

Yes we did buy in Woodland Spring in block two which was supposed to be completed in October this year and they are now quoting Autumn next year. I had an email from the company on 9th October to say that the two directors of the company were going out to Bulgaria last week and they were then going to send report out. Will contact them again this week if I have not received anything. I have to say that when I email them I do get a reply everytime. I think, reading between the lines ...

Hi LindaHave you seen the build pictures of Boadicea Heights,
they built up to finished roof level and then stopped, that was in July and they haven't been back, we have sent various emails and rung on numerous occasions but nothing, unlike you, we haven't even got lines to read between, what I am saying is don't blame Boadicea Heights for the lack of labour, they're not there either, look to other reasons for the delays.

Oops does not sound good. Have emailed the company today, will let you know what happens. I had assumed that Boadicea Heights was progressing. What percentage have you paid if you dont mind me asking, we have put down 30%.Regards

Hi Linda.We'Ve put down 30% also, we've been trying to get updated build photos since July, then last week we were sent photographs taken of Boadicea Heights 2 weeks ago by people staying @ B.R.T. we were gutted.
In February, on the strength of completion dates, we have booked 3 flights, to go skiing.
