Hi Ive been reading your post with Interest as I have been buying a apartment with Brittania in Sunny Beach and its exactly the same story,Has anybody heard anything recently about the company and whats been happening,the website has closed and Zarka never replies?Id love to have any other contact info that people have...

Hi John,I have found out that Zarka had our Email address incorrect on her system and so we weren't receiving any updates from her. These have now been sent to me and it seems that there have been problems with the website and it is being redesigned! Might be worth checking.Re contacting Zarka, she has replied to us before but we are awaiting a reply at the moment and like you, we have no other contact details for the company!

Just came across this site, I am trying to help my brother out who paid £25,000 to Britannia for a property at victoria Villa's! I have just spoken To Zarka who said she does not get updates from Nigel Hole... My brother is desperate he mortgaged the money to pay the deposit and feels he has been really let down by these guys, no information has be forthcoming he is completly in the dark and is so upset he has asked me to get involved.

Have heard a rumour Nigel Hole & Andy Moore are filing for bankruptcy. Can anyone confirm this? Not sure how this impacts on Britannia but does not bode well. Loaned money to my parents in this and not happy. Has anyone had any contact at all recently?Sally

The property investment consultant i visited Bansko with nearly eight years ago to advise on the skiing and the mountain infrastructure basically wrote off the potential, and did not advise their clients to invest. When she did some digging and discovered available permissions for 40,000 additional beds, on top of existing accomadation... my advice of approx 15,000 skiers max on the mountain tipped her over.... she described it as another Porto, a massive overbuild. ...

I had a meeting with Mr.Nigel Hole in Bansko just before Easter. I can assure you that Britannia has not gone bankrupt. It is solvent and the team is trying to find the best solution for the future of the development. You will be given details about Victoria Villas shortly.
