Up until I receieved the recent e-mails from Mr Hole re possible transfer to another property I had more or less written off my £10k deposit.

I had been excited and filled with some optimism over the latest offer , however I am still filled with a level of doubt about paying the remaining £25k, which is my balance.

On reflection the Skiing in Bansko is not that good compared with other European resorts and is very limited, the promises of increasing the skiing areas never seem to materilise and still remains a very small resort for skiing and will become very crowded on the slopes.

The outstanding £25k would buy me at least 30 years worth of skiing in any resort I want. I am now 51 although extremely active I feel 30 years more of skiing would see me happily into my grave, therefore the 25K I would have spent on any Bansko deal would be better spent elsewhere.

With that in mind I have decided not to pursure this any further and look forward to my trips to France in Jan and March next year.

I hope those of you who choose to continue with this venture the very best if luck and I do really hope it all works out for you all.

Hi Gayor/ Christian,Its my opinion if you start comparing postings unrelated to our plight with Britannia ,you will get confused and misled and not focus on our dealings.Just be aware Britannia are a British Company operating in BULGARIA only.The company you mention are a world wide outfit who were the scum of the time share world before they moved into real estate,Now they have changed their name and have abandoned property buyers in Bansko .If our deal succeeds it will be from a company who is still there trying to find a solution in very difficult times.If we proceed as a group and engage a good lawyer to act for us all,and act 16 is active on the property ,we hopefully will succeed,so lets take it to the wire before we get sidetracted.Regards Paul

Did anyone actually recieve the update from mr hole as promised by Zara in an email recieved last friday? meetings due to start next monday, a bank holiday??? i can see it now - an email in 6 weeks thanking me for my patience and that he has been working desperately hard to do this and that blah blah blah. I wish you all good luck for those of you thinking of transfering but think the quicker nigel hole is out of the picture and you are dealing with a developer who is honest , trustworthy and reliable the better for all involved.

Did anyone see Brittania Managing directer and 'M1 Lux' operations manager, ANDY MOORE on Itv Wales news yesterday? Instead off running away from the cameras like he did when S4c tried to interview him regarding woodland springs he was more than happy to be interviewed regarding a charity walk that he is doing up mount killaminjaro. You will also be reassured to know that whilst we thought that in his position with both brittania and 'm1lux' he would habe been actively trying to sort out our invetments he has instead been busy training for this once in a lifetime trip. Mr moore i could think of a charity you could do your walk for its called 'The poor people who i took hundreds of thousands of pounds off and left them with nothing fund'

Ha Ha, Suprise suprise the friday email at tea time with the latest bull that Mr hole has to offer.
1. meetings in his new offices.
TRUTH- Meetings held in office rented for the day.
2. Meetings with owners only.
TRUTH- worried bout getting a kickin,
3. Confidentiality agreement must be signed.
TRUTH- scared about his reputation getting battered further in the press.
Why will he not meet a group of us instead wanting private meetings with his new sales manager to pressure and bully us into buying.
Why do we have to pay for our flights to view the new develpoment, i haven't had my free viewing trip for woodland springs yet?
I have had a reporter email me today regarding turning up to confront Nigel in a follow up to the previous programme aired on tv a few months ago. How did he know about these meetings so quick? Has he been in touch with any of you?
Personally i hope they don't as i don't want there to be any evidence of what goes on in my meeting.

Hello everyone. We are a group of investors from the Czech Republic, who put money into the golf project Britannia Overseas Property name Kibela Royale near the city of Balchik. This happened in 2008. Since that time Mr. Hole only lied when construction work starts. Because even after several promises of his commitment to the contract failed, we decided to refer the matter to the lawyers. We are now at the stage of court hearing.
