HiJust been catching up on all the chat re Britannia and Woodlands Spring. We have bought two appartments in Block 2 and after meeting Nigel in the summer 09 he talked us through moving to Block A. Since then heard nothing although have been in constant contact with Zarka who never seems to be able to give us an update.
Have you been able to get anywhere with legal action ?

We to have bought two apartments in Block 2 but unlike you have never been lucky enough to communicate with Nigel, let alone meet him to discuss the problems! We have had a number of communications via Email but only at our instigation. Having been advised in summer 09 that we could arrange to discuss moving to Block 1, we came back from holiday in October to find a letter advising that the Swansea office was closed and that all communication was to be via Zarka. And nice as she seems ...

And nice as she seems to be, all she tells us is that Britannia are still working to get the necessary funding to complete and she will advise when there is something to tell. Having tried to go on the Britop website yesterday, we discovered that it no longer exists and so another Email to Zarka has gone off but as yet no reply. The worrying thing is that she is the only contact we have! Came across this website and found your message - good to communicate with someone else in the same boat. Legal action, that is the next step I fear....

The last letter stated Britannia was re designing their web site ,and a meeting was to be held between nigel and his clients in the near future ,also a new investor has been involved with the company,The banks are starting to release funds for projects as we climb out of these dificult times.hope this helps Block 1 investor.re: Woodlands Spring
Hi EveryoneWe have received the same information as firefighter. Like firefigher we remain optimisitc, we too have bought in Block 2.
