Hi Amanda thanks for your positive comments and you are correct in being positive and taking a community approach but when its got to the point that all your communications with the company have been ignored for over 9 months,company emails no longer active,all addresses changed by the company and £25 000 out of pocket it is very hard to feel positive , I myself have made arrangements to head to Bulgaria and also have set out to find Company employee's face to face to find out the truth which is all I need to know.

Re Victoria Villas,I was on site last wed "2nd June and can confirm there was activity and the drilling machine was operating.Passed the property every day afterwards and the rig had been folded on to the back of a lorry,The building is looking very run down ,The render on the end elevation has fallen off probably due to the severe winter,Although this wall will be part of any future building ,All the appartment entrance door liners are twisted and warped,Nothing on site is serious and can be rectified,Hope this helps,Regards woodlands Spring investor.

What do you all think bout the email from nigel hole saying we can now swap to another development and just pay the remainder of what we owe to purchase an apartment there?
My personal opinion is he is a complete liar, what would he and brittannia recieve out of it when they have debts of nearly £1 million pounds?, why does he say he 's going to contact me for a face to face meeting for the last 6 months but i have never heard off him?, who our the mystery clients he does meet up with? why would he not face the tv cameras and talk honestly? Why did andy moore race away in his 4x4 if they were doing everything they can for us? why did the investors pull out after seeing the 'Bad Press' which was on a welsh tv programme that had aviewing figure of about 250? Why does nigel never reply personally to any emails? Why will he not name the develpoment that he is talking about? Why does he say he's going to bansko and will report back to us in 2 weeks and we don't hear anything for months? are they going bankrupt? Why is this new develpoment 'Superior' to woodland springs? Why where they selling woodland springs as a golf resort when the actual golf course was/is private? why did they tell me an airport was been built near by? Why should i believe Mr Hole?------I don't but they do keep me entertained with there random emails/letters! i've accepted i've lost my money when our they going to accept they lie and are going bust?

True i agree with some of your comments about the history and proposals.if we put everything to its conclusion,Woodlands Spring was not built to roof level for nothing, I viewed the virgin site in Oct "2006 and the building in Sept 2007at roof stage,I really feel some investors have not accepted the real impact BANKS have had on all development funding in Bansko and all over the globe,I am taking my investment at Woodlands to the wire with finanial safegards if i am offered a suitable alternative,Paul Taylor.app50
